"Sophie picked up several things I'd never have even spotted myself, and the feedback was clear, constructive and genuinely actionable. Really valuable piece of work and I'd be more than happy to recommend her!"

8 Klaviyo flows built, written, designed and live in a week.
Pilot rate for the first three builds. Same build, lower price - I want to run it properly a few times and hear what's useful before it goes to full price.
Your core Klaviyo flows built, written, designed and switched on. Delivered to you within 7 working days. No calls, no watching me work, no half-finished automations sitting in draft.
You know they matter. You've read the stats. You started the welcome flow one evening in March, got two emails in, and something more urgent happened.
So right now you've got one automation doing the work of six, or you've got six sitting in draft, or you've got a discount code firing at people who were going to buy anyway.
Meanwhile the traffic you're paying for arrives, doesn't buy, and never hears from you again.
This fixes that. Properly, in a week, without you having to find the evening.
What gets built
Not eight versions of the same email on a timer. Each one fires because somebody did something - or stopped doing it.
They land on your site
Placed, worded and timed so it captures the visit without getting in the way of it. Everything below depends on this one working.
They've just subscribed
Three emails, not one. Who you are, what makes the product different, and one piece of proof. A discount code and a logo is not a welcome flow.
They're looking, not buying
Split by customer type, because a first-time browser, a one-time buyer and a loyal customer need three different emails. Someone who's viewed the same product five times is telling you something.
They added and left
This is an objection you haven't answered yet. Treated as one.
They reached checkout and left
Different intent, so a separate flow. Someone this far in usually just got interrupted. This one reminds rather than persuades.
They've just ordered
The gap between "ordered" and "arrived" is the most attention a customer will ever give you. Most brands fill it with a shipping notification.
You didn't have it
Turns a missed sale into a queued one, and tells you what to reorder.
They've gone quiet
Timed against how often that customer actually buys, rather than a round number that suits nobody.
They've gone
The unglamorous one. Stops you paying to email people who stopped caring, and protects your deliverability so the other eight keep landing.
Every one of them written and designed, too.
Copy in your voice and templates matched to your site so your emails don't look like a different company sent them.

How it works
No calls to attend, no homework beyond the form, and no sitting on a Zoom watching someone else work.
Pick a start week.
About twenty minutes. What you sell, who buys it, what you've tried, and what your customers ask before they commit. This is what stops the copy sounding generic.
Klaviyo, your Shopify store, your logo and brand colours, your product photography. I'll send a checklist so nothing gets missed.
Roughly eight hours of focused work across the week. You'll get one progress note midway. Otherwise you won't hear from me, and that's rather the point - you carry on running your business.
Everything live, the walkthrough recorded, the checklist completed. Then a week to ask me anything about what's been built.
The bit most people bury
Two things, and I'd rather say them here than in the small print. They're the only things that derail a fixed-scope build, so it's worth thirty seconds now.
Timing
Your build week starts when I have everything - not when you pay.
Klaviyo access, Shopify access, your brand assets and your completed onboarding form. If those take a fortnight to arrive, your build moves back a fortnight. I'll chase, but I can't start without them.
Revisions
One round on the copy, within the support week.
That's almost always plenty - the onboarding form does most of the work here. Anything beyond it and we'd talk about a separate piece of work rather than letting it drift.
That's it. No calls to attend, no homework beyond the form.
Be honest with yourself here
I'd rather tell you now than take your money and have us both regret it.
No. There's an onboarding form at the start and a recorded walkthrough at the end. If you want to talk something through afterwards, reply to the handover email and we'll sort it.
Because they make the work worse. Building flows properly needs uninterrupted concentration, and narrating it to someone halves the pace and doubles the cost. You get the thinking in the walkthrough instead, and you can rewatch it.
One round of revisions is included. In practice the onboarding form does most of the work here - the more specific you are about how your customers actually talk, the closer the first draft lands.
Yes. Templates are designed against your site - your colours, your fonts, your photography.
Better. I'll audit what's there, keep what works, rebuild what doesn't, and tell you which is which.
